What we are looking for:
A driven and mission-focused SaaS Systems Manager to own the implementation, management, and optimization of SaaS platforms within Prison Fellowship's IT Department. This role combines technical, managerial, and strategic responsibilities to ensure that SaaS solutions align with business needs while operating efficiently and securely.

Expectations of this role:
  • Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of SaaS platforms, ensuring they run smoothly and meet performance expectations
  • Ensure that SaaS platforms integrate seamlessly with other systems and that they are optimized
  • Provide operations and request management support
Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of overall IT experience with a focus on SaaS platforms and cloud technologies
  • 3-5 years of direct experience in SaaS system management or administration including implementation, integration, and optimization of SaaS applications
  • 1-3 years of leadership or managerial experience, overseeing technical teams or SaaS-related projects
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering/IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven expertise in managing various SaaS platforms and systems including Azure DevOps, Jira, Wrike, Smartsheet, Airtable, Formstack, FormAssembly, Jotform, Square Commerce, Zapier, Workato, Make, Qualtrics, PaperSurvey,, SurveyMonkey, Zoom, and WordPress
  • Demonstrated experience in a variety of SaaS management systems, building user applications using LCAP tools, and Microsoft Sharepoint Site Administration
  • Understanding of access control configuration, messaging platforms such as Mailchimp, databases/data integration, and MS Powerautomate (or similar tools)
  • Experience understanding business requirements and translating them into solutions in SaaS systems
  • Experience working with engineering teams
  • Practical experience working with Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • This is a remote/work from home position in the US with a 5% travel component
  • Office hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST. If not in the Eastern or Central time zone, the availability requirement for this role is a 10:00 AM EST start time unless the aforementioned window can be accommodated

Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this position, the salary range is projected to be between $72,000-$84,000 annually.
